Where do you deliver?
We provide pool-table delivery anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, bringing your Cuebera order straight to your home, office, or clubhouse.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees follow the latest courier rates from Klang Valley. After checkout, our Customer-Service team contacts you with the exact charge for your postcode before we collect payment—no hidden costs.
How long does delivery take?
Inside the Klang Valley, we can often arrange same-day delivery when slots are available. Outside Klang Valley, standard courier transit times apply and we’ll share an ETA once your table ships.
Can I arrange my own delivery?
Absolutely. Select “Pick Up in Store” at checkout and we’ll schedule a collection time—perfect for customers using their own movers or ride-share trucks.
Do you offer installation services?
- Within Klang Valley: Yes—our certified team offers professional pool-table installation for RM 500, including precision slate levelling.
- Outside Klang Valley: On-site installation isn’t available yet. You may self-install with our step-by-step guide, but please note that errors in assembly or levelling void the Cuebera setup warranty.
What is the installation fee?
Professional installation is a flat RM 500. Self-installation voids any warranty coverage on setup errors.
What warranty do you provide?
We guarantee repair or replacement for any damage occurring during delivery. Normal wear-and-tear, scratches, or self-installation damage are not covered.
What payment methods do you accept for delivery orders?
We accept all major cards—Visa, MasterCard, and American Express—plus Apple Pay, all processed securely through Stripe. (FPX, Grab PayLater, and PayPal are currently not available yet.)
Can you hold my table in storage until my renovation is finished?
Yes—complimentary storage for up to 30 days. Just tell us your target delivery week at checkout or email support@cuebera.com, and we’ll schedule dispatch when your space is ready.
